Very informative post!
8-10-10 Update:
I have tried so may ways to do away with coffee for good. Seeing those numbers on nutridiary just blew me away! I have not touched it since. Whenever I want it, I see that big old chunk of fat in the pie graph! I am doing well, much better than I expected. I finally read your entire blog and want to thank you again for sharing your experiences so openly. I have checked out vegsource message board and I found your Sparks page. You truly are inspiring Marjorie!
Much Love and Appreciation!
Connie
Thanks, Connie. Glad to know my incessant blathering is worth something to someone. LOL!
